We investigate bilayer OLEDs for parameter analysis. Due to the polar nature of the electron transport layer Alq3 these devices act as metal-insulator-semiconductor devices in a certain voltage range. This allows us to determine the hole mobility of the hole transport material a-NPD using the CELIV method, as well as the thermal activation energies for mobility and injection by combining this with impedance measurements., Presenter: Simon Züfle
